Anna Maria Chludzińska, attorney

Coordinator for Labor Law Practice
Co-coordinator for Family Law Practice

Handles the legal services for Polish and international Clients, advising on labor law and family law. She is a member of the Ch&O Adwokaci Law Firm team, providing services to business entities within the scope of company law and IT contracts.

Conducts training for employees and managerial staff in the field of labor law. In addition, she has co-authored publications in the field of labor law (pieces published in the Rzeczpospolita daily and Fleet magazine), as well as publications concerning the legal aspects of environmental protection in the investment process, including the issues of administrative procedure in the context of construction projects.

She began practicing law in 2007. Prior to the establishment of the Ch&O Adwokaci Chludzińska, Ochwat i Wspólnicy sp. k. Law Firm she gained professional experience in the field of labor law and company law in prestigious Law Firms (including the Warsaw branch of the Hogan Lovells Law Firm).

Anna Maria Chludzińska is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.

She is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.

 


 

Małgorzata Ochwat, attorney

Coordinator for Criminal Law Practice
Co-coordinator for Family Law Practice

Handles the legal services for Polish and international Customers in the fields of criminal law and family law. She specializes in conducting legal proceedings in the abovementioned scope. She is a member of the Ch&O Adwokaci Law Firm team, providing services to natural persons and business entities within the scope of civil law and social insurance.

She began practicing law in 2008. Prior to the establishment of the Ch&O Adwokaci Chludzińska, Ochwat i Wspólnicy sp. k. Law Firm she worked with law firms specializing in criminal law and family law. She also worked at the Mazovian Unit of EU Programs Implementation in Warsaw, coordinating agreements concluded by the MUEUPI as part of EU projects. She also gained professional experience during her apprenticeship at the European Parliament in Brussels.

Małgorzata Ochwat is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, as well as a graduate in International Relations at Collegium Civitas in Warsaw.

She is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.
